A one day Industrial Visit to Leimatak power house was organized by the Departments of Civil Engineering, Manipur Technical University under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP)-III on 9th November, 2019.

Aim and Objective
The objective is to provide exposure to students about practical working environment and to provide students a good opportunity to gain full awareness about industrial practices. Provision of industrial visit to get awareness about new technologies and technology development is a main factor, about which students should have a good knowledge. Create chances for job placement and training at NHPC Projects.

Event Outcomes with concluding remarks
The event saw participation by students of Manipur Technical University whose knowledge on engineering subjects highly got improved as seen in the reports submitted by them.
