Conducting farewell and fresher party help in fostering strong interpersonal relationships among students from different years, creating a supportive and inclusive hostel environment.
Objectives: To welcome new students and to bid farewell to outgoing students.
Outcomes: Farewell and Fresher party helped in breaking communication barriers and encourage healthy interaction between juniors and seniors, promoting mutual understanding and respect.
Total Number of participants: 45 ( including students,warden, teachers, caretakers & security guards)
Conclusion: Program was conducted successfully by wishing everyone a great and successful life in future.
