Mode: Physical Written Quiz
Coordinator: Ms. Pinky Khundrakpam, Assistant Prof., ECE Dept., Manipur Technical University, Takyelpat.
Participants: B.Tech (ECE) students.

2. About the event:
The Written Quiz Competition on Electronics and Communication Engineering is organised
with the aim to
• Test the knowledge of the students in their domain
• Instill a sense of competition amongst the students
• Provide a platform for interaction with their peers, seniors and juniors
The Quiz was for 40 minutes with 45 MCQs of one mark each with no negative markings.
The questions were prepared by the Faculties of the Department.
The winners were given cash prizes for motivation. The prizes were Rs.1000/-, Rs.700 and Rs.500/- respectively for First, Second and Third Prizes.
The winners were:
First Prize: Nelson Nongmeikapam (Third Year)
Second Prize: Christopher Gangmei (Third Year)
Thanggoulen Haokip (Second Year)
Third Prize: Gangriulung Phaomei (First Year)
Sailex Salam (Third Year)

The Written Quiz Competition on Electronics and Communication Engineering is organised with the aim to
• Test the knowledge of the students in their domain
• Instill a sense of competition amongst the students
• Provide a platform for interaction with their peers, seniors and juniors

5. Participants’ Feedback:
Almost 80% of the students of ECE participated in the competition showing the enthusiasm and interest of the students in the event.

6. Future Action:
The Department is planning to organise the quiz in regular intervals in future.
