- Introduction
Manipur Technical University (MTU) organised an Integrity Pledge-Taking Ceremony on 29th October, 2026, at 12:00 noon at the New AIC Block, Manipur Technical University, as part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week–2026.
The ceremony was organised to reaffirm the University’s commitment to promoting integrity, transparency, accountability and ethical practices in public life. The programme aimed to sensitise the university community about the importance of maintaining honesty, impartiality and transparency in their personal and professional responsibilities.
- Pledge-Taking Ceremony
The ceremony was led by Dr. Angom Devadatta Mani, the authorised person for administering the Integrity Pledge. The participants collectively took the pledge and reaffirmed their commitment to uphold ethical values, resist corruption, maintain transparency in their respective duties and contribute towards building a corruption-free society.
The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 73 individuals (Administration Officers, Faculties and Staffs of Manipur Technical University). The attendance of all the participants was recorded. Among the distinguished participants were Dr. Ksh. Imokanta Singh, Chief Finance Officer, and Dr. L. Debendra Singh, Controller of Examinations, Manipur Technical University. The attendance of all participants was duly recorded. The participants expressed their commitment to performing their duties with honesty, fairness and accountability while upholding the principles of good governance.

The Integrity Pledge-Taking Ceremony concluded with a renewed commitment from the university community to uphold integrity, accountability and transparency in all spheres of institutional and public life.
