Lourembam Yaiphabi is the Founder of Mirror, The Beauty Store based out of Imphal, Manipur. A venture catering to providing professional Home Grooming solutions and beauty services at homes for Women. A Business Management student having worked with CitiFinancial, Fidelity Worldwide Investments with corporate expertise in sales and customer services. With an undying zeal and an urge to take up entrepreneurship to the next level, I always dreamt of running a business that would cater to the needs of women. Today, Mirror, The Beauty Store is a pioneer in the field of Home Grooming Solutions for women at their doorstep. As everyone strives for convenience in such a fast paced world, this was the solution for lack of time and resources for self-care and grooming making it accessible for all.
With a flair for adopting emerging trends and synergizing it with the past trends, we are at the forefront of understanding one’s needs by offering a wide variety of grooming solutions which in itself is an emerging phenomenon.
Outcome
- Students were made aware of the role of entrepreneur to the society and how start–ups can generate income.
- Role of women as entrepreneur plays a vital role in upbringing the society and how a mother entrepreneur should take risk and challenges in bringing up a start–up were made aware to the students.
