The University conducted the first ever Annual Sports Meet, 2018-2019 from the 17th of November, 2018 to 20th of November, 2018. The events were held at SAI, NERC complex, Takyelpat and Uripok Achom Leikai Basketball Ground.
The students, faculties and staff were divided into four teams – Sangai, Nongin, Loktak and Shirui of which the Loktak team was awarded the overall team champion’s trophy.
