A Baseline Survey, KAP (Knowledge, Attitude & Practices), Manipur for Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur was conducted by Management Department, Manipur Technical University.
With the objective that “No voter is left behind”, the team was able to collect various information extensively from across the State of Manipur. The data and feedback so collected on the initiatives taken up by the election machineries for maximum participation of voters in the electoral process was thoroughly evaluated.
This survey helped in identifying crucial gaps and help in bridging the disparities for optimum participation in free, fair and peaceful conduct of elections.
