Eligibility
- Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

| 4. | M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Design | Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a relevant degree in an appropriate area or MSc (Electronics) from a recognized Institution. |
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have a valid GATE/NET score.
- For candidates who apply under the Non-GATE/NET category, an entrance test will be conducted for the remaining seats.
- The entrance test will be of an objective type with multiple-choice answers for 100 marks. The syllabus of the written test will be based on the GATE Syllabus of the current year.
