Event Description : | The MTU NSS Unit-I & Unit-II, in collaboration with the Eco-Club, CISF (ASG Imphal Airport), Government Polytechnic, and Lion Club members, organized a Tree Plantation Programme on 8th August 2025 at the Government Polytechnic Campus under the theme “Plant Today, Breathe Tomorrow”. The event aimed to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of trees in combating climate change. A total of 200 saplings were planted by NSS volunteers, CISF personnel, Lion Club members, and staff from collaborating institutions, fostering teamwork, environmental stewardship, and a collective commitment towards nature conservation. | ||

Action Report : | On 8th August 2025, the MTU NSS Unit-I & Unit-II, in collaboration with the Eco-Club, CISF (ASG Imphal Airport), Government Polytechnic, and Lion Club members, successfully organized a Tree Plantation Programme at the Government Polytechnic Campus under the theme “Plant Today, Breathe Tomorrow”. A total of 200 saplings were planted by NSS volunteers, CISF personnel, Lion Club members, and staff of collaborating institutions. The plantation was carried out in designated areas, followed by watering and initial maintenance.
