About of the Event: Department of Computer Science & Engineering, MTU hosted a workshop titled “One Day Training Cum Workshop on Basics of IoT for Smart Health Solutions for Cattles” focused on leveraging IoT technology to enhance health solutions for cattle. and sponsored by DST and the IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation, the event provided participants with insights into IoT applications in smart health systems. It featured discussions on sensor integration, data processing, and connectivity protocols tailored to cattle health monitoring, aiming to empower attendees with the knowledge to innovate in this specialized domain.
Aim and Objective: Highlights and sensitized the used of IoT devices in collection of cattle and environment data for the well being of the cattle and the monitoring of overall cattle health.
Participants feedback: The Students were happy and motivated with the introduction of IoT for the collection of data.
Future Action/ Follow Up action plan: Planning to conduct more Workshop which may be beneficial to the students for their projects in the future.
