Objective:

The main objective was to promote physical well-being, encourage healthy living, and create awareness about the importance of fitness among the hostel residents.

Number of students Participated:

30 students

Outcome:

  • The students were able to increased awareness of the importance of regular exercise and well-being.
  • Provided students with practical fitness methods they can practice daily.
  • Encouraged a sense of public and collective participation among students.
