Objectives	To inspire and motivate students and Faculties by interaction with the Special Guest Prof. N.C. Shivaprakash , Professor, Instrumentation and applied Physics, IISC. Bangalore
Plan of Action	Work allocation to the non- teaching staffs for arrangement to receive Professor from the Imphal International Airport, To arrange a Memento and Leng-yan for felicitation of the Special Guest and other Dignitaries.

Outcomes / Impact of the Interactive talk	The talk was well-structured, clear, and highly relevant to current academic needs. Explored opportunities for short term training of faculties of Manipur Technical University (MTU) at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore
Feedback	The Q&A session was interactive and meaningful, with participants openly discussing practical challenges. His suggestions on improving research culture and professional development were highly appreciated. Overall, the programme was highly beneficial, inspiring, and thought-provoking.
