Objectives |
The objective of the Guest Talk on “Unlocking AI with Google Gemini” was to provide participants with insights into the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, familiarize them with the features and applications of Google Gemini, and inspire innovative thinking for real-world implementation of AI technologies. |

The Guest Talk on “Unlocking AI with Google Gemini” was strategically scheduled for one hour so that it did not disrupt the regular academic timetable. Care was taken to include students from all four semesters, ensuring equal opportunity for exposure to the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence. Faculty members coordinated with the resource person to plan the content flow, covering both conceptual knowledge and practical applications of Google Gemini. The session was designed to be interactive, encouraging participants to raise questions and share ideas. Proper seating and technical arrangements were made in advance to ensure a smooth conduct of the programme. Attendance was taken to record participation, and feedback was collected from students for future improvement of such events. |

A Guest Talk on “Unlocking AI with Google Gemini” was successfully conducted by a Google Gemini Ambassador. The event was organised by the Department of Humanities and Social Science on 22nd August 2025, in collaboration with IQAC, MTU. The session was planned for one hour so as not to disturb the regular class schedule, and students from all four semesters actively participated in the programme. During the event, MitSna was also introduced to the participants, highlighting its role and objectives. The resource person highlighted the features, applications, and future scope of Google Gemini, making the session both informative and interactive. Proper arrangements for seating and technical support were made to ensure smooth execution. Feedback collected from participants indicated overall satisfaction with the programme, while suggestions were noted for improving facilities in future events. |

Overall, the activity contributed to broadening the knowledge base of students without disturbing their regular academic schedule. |

Feedback |
Out of 150 participants, feedback was collected online from 49 students across all five branches of engineering and all four odd semesters, including both male and female participants. The feedback covered four areas—general information, session content, speaker performance, and overall views—using a five-point Likert scale. The overall responses indicated that most participants agreed that the session was useful and relevant. Students appreciated the clarity of explanations, interactive approach, and practical examples, which made the concepts easier to understand. The environment was considered engaging and comfortable, encouraging participation and discussion. Suggestions for improvement included allowing more time for Q&A or open discussion, adding hands-on or real-life examples, sharing session materials in advance, adhering more closely to the timing schedule, and improving space and seating arrangements. In general, the feedback reflected that the session was helpful, easy to follow even for beginners, and aligned well with student expectations, though there is scope for improvement in interactivity, logistics, and time management.
