REPORT : Fresher’s Meet Cum Picnic 2025

Objective :
To welcome the new residents of hostel and provide an opportunity for all hostel members to socialize and relax in an informal setting away from the routine.

30 students
Outcome :
The Picnic cum Fresher Meet was an outstanding success. It provided a welcome break from academic routine and laid the foundation for lasting friendships within the hostel community. The new residents felt welcoming, and the seniors enjoyed the opportunity to bond with them. Such events contribute significantly to a positive hostel environment.
