Eligibility Criteria:
A. For the post of Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering

B. For the post of Assistant Professor in Business Communication (English)

| Assistant Professor (English) | 1. M.A. English with First Class or equivalent, at Bachelor’s or Master’s Level from any recognized Indian University.
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. 3. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clause (1) and (2) to this clause; a candidate, who has a Ph.D Degree awarded before 2009, or has been awarded a Ph.D Degree after 2009 in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. |
1. Specialization in English Language and/or Business/ Professional Communication Skills,
or 2. MBA with good command over written, & oral English and having good presentation skills, or 3. A diploma/degree course in Business/ Professional Communications or equivalent subjects, or 4. 3 years teaching experience in Business/ Professional Communications or equivalent subjects in any recognized institute in India. |

2. Minimum of 3 publications with good impact factor in International Journal of repute.* 3. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based on Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in AICTE Regulations 2012.* |
*In case of non-availability of suitable candidates, these criteria may be relaxed.
