The Manipur Technical University (MTU) proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August 2025 at the university campus with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The celebration commenced with the ceremonial flag hoisting by the Hon’ble Registrar, followed by the National Anthem. The program featured inspiring speeches, and patriotic songs presented by students and staff, reflecting the spirit of freedom and unity. NSS volunteers, faculty, staff and local volunteers actively participated in organizing the event. The program concluded with the distribution of sweets and a collective pledge to uphold the values of our nation.
