About of the Event:

An interactive session for career in Armed Forces for the Engineering Graduate with Lt. Col. Oinam Keirungba, was conducted today at MTU New Block, AIC Hall, at 11:00 AM. The program was attended by students of Final year of the department of CSE, CE and ME and Students of Government Polytechnic, Takyelpat.

The program was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MTU, the session featured LT. COL Oinam Keirungba as the resource person, he had served in various units of the Army such as ASC, 9 JAK LI, 20 RR(DOGRA) and he is also the founder of Guardian Defence Academy, Imphal. He emphasises the various points in the interaction sessions that includes:

Providing an overview of various entry schemes into the Army, Navy and Indian Air force and other Allied services.
Offering guidance on eligibility criteria, selection procedures, and preparation strategies.
Encouraging students to explore career prospects in National Security services.

Coordinator Statements: The Programme was concluded successfully and we the faculties, staffs and students express our heartfelt gratitude to the Resource Person for sharing his valuable information and experiences while in the service in Indian Army.
