Objectives:
1. To provide students with first-hand insights into industry expectations and professional practices.
2. To guide students on higher studies, competitive examinations, and career opportunities in the electrical and automotive sectors.
3. To motivate students through real-life experiences and career journeys of alumni.
4. To strengthen the bond between alumni and current students of the department.

Participants: Undergraduate students, faculty members, and staff of the Department of Electrical Engineering, MTU
Resource Persons:
1. Ms. Thangjam Naobi Chanu, Alumni of the Department of Electrical Engineering (Batch 2019, Passed out in 2023), worked as a Trainee Engineer at DENSO Haryana Private Limited.
2. Ms. K. Bidyabati Devi, Alumni of the first batch (Batch 2016, Passed out in 2020), currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Mahindra Limited.
Outcomes:
1. Students gained practical knowledge about industry requirements, higher education pathways, and career planning.
2. The program motivated students to focus on conceptual clarity, continuous learning, and goal-oriented preparation.
3. Active interaction helped students clarify doubts related to competitive exams, higher studies, and industry readiness.
4. The event strengthened alumni-department relations and contributed to holistic student development.
