Team Building & Time Management and Quantitative Methods in Research

About the workshop:

A one-day workshop on Team Building & Time Management and Quantitative Methods in Research was held on 16 October 2024 at the premise of the Manipur Technical University. The targeted audience for this workshop was the students at the University for the first session on team building and the faculty members and research scholars for the second session on quantitative methods in research.

Objectives:

  • To understand the concept of research
  • To understand various parametric statistical techniques involved in research
  • To sensitize students about the need for team building and time management

Outcomes:

               From this workshop, the audience could learn about how academic research should be carried out, the various intricacies involved in it. We could also learn about various techniques of statistics such as normal distribution, t-test, ANOVA etc., that can be used as tools during research.

               Moreover, the session on time management and team building would help students in the long run of their life.
