Objective: To develop discipline and motivate participants to adopt a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Number of students Participated: 33 (Girls) and 20 (Boys)
Outcome:
- Better understanding of one’s body, emotions, and thought patterns through meditation practices.
- Development of patience, emotional stability, and a sense of harmony within groups and communities.
- Increased awareness of body alignment and improved posture, reducing common aches and pains.
- Reduced stress levels, anxiety, and fatigue through breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
