A brief note on the subject matter or topic
Revamp knowledge on theory and field exposure for the subject of Quantity Surveying and Valuation and Building planning, Design and Construction. The topics is broadly concerned with the planning, estimation and control of the cost on construction projects. It includes a broad range of tasks, such as cost estimation, cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, lifecycle costing, and valuation.
Aim and Objective:
- For better understanding the mode of site development and the material content of reinforced concrete structures.
- To enable estimating and costing, drafting, tender preparation as well as various aspect related to construction planning.
- To facilitate evaluating overall quantities of the project materials.
